Hi, I’m Sarah — the founder of Hot Flash Yoga.

Hot Flash Yoga was born from my own experience navigating perimenopause and realizing how little support truly exists for women in this phase of life.


When my body began changing in ways I didn’t expect — disrupted sleep, hot flashes, anxiety, and a growing sense of disconnection — I went searching for answers that felt realistic, compassionate, and sustainable. What I found was a gap.


Too much advice focused on pushing harder, ignoring symptoms, or forcing the body to “bounce back.” I knew there had to be another way.


Through yoga, mindful movement, nervous system–supportive practices, and intentional lifestyle changes, I began learning how to work with my body instead of against it. I also discovered how powerful nutrition can be in supporting hormone shifts — not through restriction or rigid rules, but through nourishment that helps stabilize energy, mood, and overall well-being. The relief I experienced became the foundation for Hot Flash Yoga and the programs I now offer.


My approach blends gentle strength, mobility, calming flows, breathwork, and practical dietary guidance to support women through perimenopause and hormonal change. This isn’t about extreme workouts or perfection. It’s about building trust with your body again, reducing stress, and creating steadiness during a season that can feel anything but steady.


Hot Flash Yoga is a space where symptoms are understood, rest is respected, and women are supported without judgment. My mission is to help you feel informed, empowered, and less alone — with tools that support your body from multiple angles and meet you where you are.
