For the women navigating hot flashes, restless sleep, anxiety, mood shifts, exhaustion, and the quiet frustration of feeling disconnected from their own bodies, this space exists to say: you are not broken, and you are not alone.
This program was born from lived experience. From moving through perimenopause personally, searching for relief, and realizing how often women are told to simply “push through” or accept feeling uncomfortable in their own skin. I knew there had to be a gentler, more supportive way — one that honored what the body is going through instead of fighting it.
Hot Flash Yoga is not about pushing harder, sweating more, or forcing your body into shapes that don’t feel right anymore. It’s about learning how to work with your changing body. Through gentle yoga flows, breathwork, and nervous-system-supportive practices, this program helps calm internal heat, reduce overwhelm, and create moments of steadiness during a phase of life that can feel unpredictable.
